When you see Paypal emails in the Tickets queue, simply check the box next to them and click the Close button at the top of the list. While you don’t need to take the time to open the ticket and update its fields, we do not want to delete these. They are a good reference, in the event, for example, a PayPal transaction does not properly sync into the intranet.
