How many Knowledge Base do we have in Rally OurBus?
We have three Knowledge base within Fresh Desk Solution itself which is tarrgeting three type of audiences as explained below:
1. Help desk : Targeting mostly Passengers of Events and UCE/Charters
2. OurBus| Help Center: Targeting Passengers of Lines
3. Knowledge & Communication Solutions : Trageting internal Employees and Groups
How can I swap the knowledge bases?
On the top left corner, you can see solution views. Once you click on that you get an option to select the knowledge base. You can select any of the Solution Help desk and you will be able to see the admin portal of the help desk as shown in the picture below.
How can I access the Articles Feedback?
In the solution views itself you get an option of Article Feedback. (As shown in the above picture). Once you click on that, you will be able to see the feedback as below. You can respond to the customer directly form here.
Also, Author of the article will get an email notification with the feedback.
