User Stories and Tasks are used to track work, Bugs track code defects, and Epics and Features are used to group work under larger scenarios. Each team can configure how they manage Bugs—at the same level as User Stories or Tasks—by configuring the Working with bugs settings.

Step 1: Open the Azure DevOps and select Platform under rally-co.

 




Step 2: Click on Add option and then select User Story under New work item. 



Step 3: First add the title of the User story, you want to raise.


Description:  Any referenced file, data set, or content related to the User story or reference links.


A user story describes what the user would like to achieve during a certain interaction with the software.

User stories generally follow the following format: As [persona] I want [what?] so that [why?]


Priority: 

Priority - 1  -Asap /following day delivery Post acceptance in Dev ops(workload size not more than 2 hours)

Priority - 2 - workload size 1 to 4 hours; deliver within 24 working hours (which is 3 days)

Priority-3 - workload size 4 to 20 hours/delivery between 48 to 72 Business hours (6 to 9 days)

Priority -4 workload size less than 40 hours/delivery as per the sprint plan

Note: Usually, we set priority 4 if the priority is blank, and depending on the business urgency we might reset the priority assigned by you. We will ensure that you get notified.
