Scope -
To understand the Referral program and how to respond to the Customer’s queries.
Problem Statement -
Agent unaware of the withdrawal of the previous referral program
Clarity on the new Referal Program and the process.
Terms and Definitions -
Customer Referral Program - OurBus referral program is a system that incentivizes both new and old passengers. When a previous passenger refers our service to their family or friends they are incentivized with credits after the new customer takes a ride with us and the new customer is incentivized when they take their first ride with a unique reference code.
How does our process work -
On the email received from [email protected], click on the ‘invite your friend’ link.
The customer will be redirected to a page where they can find options to share their referral link via Facebook, Whatsapp, or Sms.
The passenger can also copy the link and share it manually via Whatsapp, Facebook, Sms or email to their friends.
Then their friend needs to click on the link received and he/she will be redirected to a page.
On this page, their friend needs to enter their Name and Email address.
Once they enter the details and click on ‘get offer’, they will find a Unique coupon code.
Then they can use this code to get a $15 off on their first ride.
