Process:
Go to the ‘Operations’ page on Lodestar (highlighted in yellow).
It can also be done through the ‘Manage Quotes’ page. Click on ‘quotes’ on the global search page.
Then go to the ‘Operators’ tab and click ‘manage operators’. It takes you to the page mentioned in point #2.
Then go to ‘Manage Operators’ (highlighted in yellow)
Enter all the necessary information and click ‘Add new operator’ in the bottom (highlighted in yellow) and the operator gets created in the system.
Information to be filled:- Name, Email, Contact, Address (with zip code), Website, USDOT number, Bus information, Logo Image, Cover Image, COI (Certificate of Insurance), and any notes.
