Process:
To figure out which dispatcher worked from what time till what time and on what trips the previous day. This can be done by the help of the weekly roster and admin panel full schedule and also by the 'Assigned Dispatcher(s)' column (new feature) on the full schedule.
After figuring out all the trips the dispatcher worked on, the next step is to randomly pick a few trips and audit them by clicking on the ‘See trip history’ button on the full schedule.
It opens up the trip history page of the trip which contains all the travelling data.
Click on ‘Processed locations’ and it shows up the travelling history (route) of the bus.
Click on the ‘Unprocessed location’ option to see the breadcrumbs of the traveling history which was not updated in real time (if there is any part of the history missing)
Zoom in on the processed or unprocessed location breadcrumbs (green dots) and drag the page to travel all along through the route to find out any deviation, off route, lost enroute, unauthorized stop and amount of delay.
7. Provide appropriate feedback to the dispatcher and follow up for more checks.
