1. How to create Loom Videos?

Step 1: Go to Loom Official Website.
Step 2: Sign-in with your registered email address and password. If you have not created an account with Loom, then proceed to Sign-up and create an account to login.
Step 3: FYI - With own account credentials, you will be able to create any training video with a limited video length of 5-7 minutes. If you are creating a training video with length greater than than, then please use the below mentioned credentials to record longer duration training videos:
- Username: [email protected]
  Password: Rallyourbus1!
Step 4: In the extreme right you will find an option highlighted in red color 'New Video'. Select that.
Step 5: Here you will get 2 options - 'Record a video' or 'Upload a video'. Choose as per your preference.
Please note that if you have any prior training video which you wish to integrate to the Loom platform, then select 'Upload a video' and follow the procedure.
If you wish to start a recording a new training video, then select 'Record a Video'. Following this you will get an option to allow permissions of Camera & Mic on device.
If it is your first time creating a loom video then it will ask you to add loom extension to Chrome browser. Kindly follow the process as per the pop-ups.
After adding the extension, click again on 'Record a video' option. Then Click on 'Start Recording'. Select option of 'Share screen' (share Full screen).

2. How to post videos in Lodestar?

Go to Lodestar login portal. Enter your login credentials and you will land on the home page of lodestar.

Then it will provide you the option to add new videos. There are three compulsory criteria to adding a new video.

Desc - Add a suitable short & crisp title to the video that you are adding. The title should give a hint regarding what the video is about.
Video - Add the link of the training video that you are trying to upload to Lodestar

Hit enter and ta-da! The video is added to the lodestar portal for viewers to view and learn from.
