This step by step guide is designed to provide employees with a step-by-step guide for accessing their medical insurance benefits. Following these instructions will enable employees to download the medical insurance app, log in, and access their E-card, as well as connect with the support team for assistance.
Step 1: Download the Loop Health App
To access your medical insurance benefits, download the Loop Health application from the playstore/apple store:

Step 2: Login to the App
After downloading the app, login to your account using your contact number. You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your number that you must enter to verify your account.
Step 3: Access Your E-Card
Once logged in, you can access your E-card by clicking on the "Insurance" option on the app's main menu
Then, select "Group Medical Coverage" under "My Policies."
This will display your E-card, which you can use to avail of medical services.
Step 4: Connect with the Support Team for Assistance
If you need immediate assistance, you can contact the support team through the app. Go to your app's homepage, click on the "Insurance" option, and then open the "Instant Responses on Whatsapp" feature to chat with the support team. Alternatively, you can click on "Contact Support" to speak with a support team member directly.
