Riders are sent a trip confirmation email, 24 hours before any event. On opening the email riders will find:
Step 1. Riders can use QR codes/names for boarding.
Step 2. Important instructions.
Step 3. Booking ID, Amount paid, card detail, Event name, Event date and CP location.
Step 4. Upon clicking “View trip” you will be redirected to the RP booking page.
Step 5. Click on “book”. You will see boarding points and exact number of riders required, if any.
