First off, please ask the customer for a Booking ID or his/her registered email address so you can access his/her account to assist them.
Step 1: Click on Global search > Enter pax’s email/booking ID > ✓ All > SEARCH ↴
Step 2: Click on Booking ID.
Step 3: Click on Edit.
Step 4: Enter new details and update.

Step 1: Login on Rally.co with the registered email address.
Step 2: Click the Hamburger Icon on top left.
Step 3: Go to “My rides”.
Step 4: Click on the upcoming booking.
Step 5: Go to passengers info- “Traveling with you” at the bottom of the page.
