Although agents cannot book tickets for customers, they can assist them with the subsequent booking process.
Step 1: Visit Rally.co
Step 2: Enter the venue name/ event name / artist name and choose from options in dropdown.
Step 3: On the event page click start.
Step 4: The page will scroll and you will see all the listed RP. Choose one and click.
Step 5: Click on book.
Step 6: Enter the number of seats needed. Click on Add ride.
Step 7: Click on Continue as guest (if you are not logged in) and Continue if you are logged in already.
Step 8: Enter coupon code if any. Click on Add payer’s information.
Step 9: Enter Rider information and click on choose payment method.
Step 10: Enter card details and pay or pay through Paypal. You need to click on Book.
