Riders are sent trip confirmation email 24 hours before the event. On opening the email riders will find:
1. QR code for boarding with rider’s name.
2. Important instructions.
3. Booking ID, Amount paid, card detail, Event name, Event date and CP location.
4. Upon clicking “View trip” you will be redirected to the RP booking page.
5. Click on book. You will see boarding point and exact number of riders required, if any.
