A boarding mechanism (such as a lift or ramp) is required for an ADA-compliant vehicle so that passengers who use wheelchairs or other mobility aids can access a comfortable position onboard. Around 4 seats are removed from the bus to accommodate a wheelchair on the bus.

We request riders’ to send us the ADA request 10 days prior to the departure day so that we can try arranging an ADA-compatible bus for you. When a rider reaches out to us, please share this form with them. Or if you have all the information required to fill the form, please fill it out on their behalf.

Note: After receiving the customer's response, send an email to [email protected] with all the details, keeping [email protected] notified. Also assign the handled ADA ticket to operations. Also share a note to Ops Dispatch lead & manager, Ops Procurement lead & manager on the ticket.
