Although agents cannot book tickets for customers, they can assist them with the subsequent booking process.
1. Select "Intercity routes" on the homepage of www.ourbus.com
2. Choose "From" and "To."
3. Choose "Departure date" (for one way booking and keep the return blank)
4. Choose the "Departure Date" and the "Return Date" (for round trip)
5. Pick "Number of Passengers.” (a total of 9 passengers could be reserved in one go).
6. Select "Search."
7. You will get the bus departure time and price for the time and day you specify.
8. Select "Select Bus" and adhere to the directions. (Route Details: is useful specifying the addresses and times of the intermediate stops, as well as the pick-up and drop-off locations).
9. Fill in the passenger information, phone number, and whether a wheelchair is required on the following page.
10. If you don't already have an account set up with OurBus, click Continue as a “Guest User.” However, if you have an account, “ log in” with your email address and password to reserve a ticket.
To register for a new account, select "Sign up."
11. When you have provided all the required data, a new page is requested with the payment amount, the ticket summary, and the passenger information. If you have a discount code, you can submit it under the "Got a coupon?" section.
12. To purchase the ticket, click "Continue to Pay."
13. Once you click Continue to Pay, a new page will open with two options for payment methods: credit/debit card or PayPal.
14. The reservation process will be finished once you enter your card or PayPal information and press submit.
15. A copy of the ticket will also be sent to your email address. While boarding the bus, kindly display the same to the driver.
