Once the unused ticket is canceled, the amount paid for the ticket can be transferred to the OurBus wallet as credits and used at any time over the next 5 years to buy anything on the OurBus platform. Please note that the credits in the OurBus wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable.
To Activate the Wallet: Once you cancel a trip, you receive a cancellation email. You will find a link called "this link" marked in green there. Please click on the link and your wallet will be activated. Once activated, you will find the credits already applied on your next booking.Wallet: Lines Print
