Group Discounts

If you book 6 or more seats, get $5 off each seat beyond the first 5. (Book 6, save $5; book 7, save $10; etc.) Note that the discount is applied automatically, which means all seats need to be booked at the same time. If you book 5 now and 5 later, you won’t get the discount.

Referrals

Once you create an account, you’ll see a referral link when you log in. Share it with friends to get $5 off your next booking for each seat they purchase.

Miles for Dollars

Customers automatically build miles in their account based on their distance traveled with Rally. Right now, these convert at a rate of 20 miles = $1. Therefore, you get $5 off for each 100 miles traveled. This discount is applied automatically at checkout.

If you have more miles than you need to pay for the current booking, then the amount of miles needed to bring your total down to 0 will be applied.

If your purchase costs more than the amount of banked miles you have, then the system will automatically apply all of your miles, rounding down to the nearest 100. For example, if you have 580 miles, then 500 will be automatically applied to

Completing Post-Trip Survey

Customers receive a Thank You email and offer for $5 off their next trip if they complete 5-question survey on their most recent trip. The coupon code for the reward is sent in a separate email.

Coupon Codes - Lookup

As CX Associate, you have the ability to look up coupon codes that customers inquire about. For details on how to generate coupon codes for a specific rider, see the intra documentation here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/135I_nr6a55-gRadpSQ5Kf4hsIrlig9yweakTfnbWoa4/edit#bookmark=id.y55ub22g481d.

To do this, you can go directly to http://intra.rally.co/Coupon or navigate via the Transactions tab to the Coupons link.

Once there, you can enter a coupon code into the first box, labeled, “Coupon Code (Manual or GUID)”.

You’ll need to be careful in reviewing this (and please be quick to ask questions if there is any confusion), as the “Copy” field is not quite clear.

Here are the pertinent details:

  • MinReservations = the minimum number of seats the customer needs to book in order for them to be eligible to use the coupon

  • RedeemableQuantity = the maximum number of times that coupon code can be redeemed across all customers

  • ReservationLimit = the maximum number of seats on a given booking to which the coupon code can be applied

  • ValidFor = the dates the coupon is valid — i.e. if the current date is outside those dates then that may be a reason the coupon isn’t working for the customer

  • NumRedeemed = the number of times that coupon code has been redeemed

  • Discount = the dollar amount or percent of the savings the customer gets with that coupon

  • Restrictions = the specific event / trip / performer / etc that the customer needs to be trying to book in order for the coupon to be valid for use

Let’s take the code “mintjulep” as an example (see the search results below):

  • MinReservations = 0 — It doesn’t matter how many or how few seats the person is buying in order to apply the coupon code

  • RedeemableQuantity is blank — any number of people who have access to the coupon code can use it

  • ReservationLimit = 1 — this means that the coupon is only good for ONE SEAT per booking

  • NumRedeemed = 0 — no one has used this code yet

  • Discount = 0.25 — the discount is for 25% off (of the one seat per booking)

  • Restrictions = Kentucky Derby — only people booking for the Kentucky Derby can use this code
