- Use rally.co/create to create a trip page and insert it into the Canned Response called “Create-A-Trip: Customer Provided All Details”

3. Send Customer “Create-A-Trip: Generic Response”
- Lists three options to help customer create a trip page.
- Follow-up: check that they were able to use one of the options to create a trip.
- Ask if they need any further assistance.
