1. Check our system to see if we already have that event in our system.

  • If so, pull the link and add into response asking if the customer would like us to add their RP to the trip.
  • Follow-up: if customer wants this, add it and book them and close ticket. 
  • If not, then continue with this guide.

2. Did the Customer Provide All Data Points needed to create a trip?

  • Use rally.co/create to create a trip page and insert it into the Canned Response called “Create-A-Trip: Customer Provided All Details”
  • If not, continue with this guide.

3. Send Customer “Create-A-Trip: Generic Response”

  • Lists three options to help customer create a trip page.
  • Follow-up: check that they were able to use one of the options to create a trip. 
  • Ask if they need any further assistance.
